NUGENT, Presiding Judge.

Defendant Franklin Lyle Teter appeals his conviction following a jury trial on charges of manslaughter in violation of § 565.0051 and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident in violation of § 577.060. The jury's verdict imposed respective sentences of six years pursuant to § 565.031 and two years pursuant to § 558.011.1(4). We affirm.
