James Bartlett (Bartlett) brought suit against Doctor's Hospital of Tioga, Inc. (Doctor's Hospital) seeking past due wages, penalties, and attorney's fees under LSA-R.S. 23:631 and 23:632.1 The trial court rendered judgment in favor of Bartlett for $211.66 representing wages due through July 16, 1981, and in the further amount of $260.00 per week thereafter until wages are paid...
