The State appeals the trial court's entry of judgment on the evidence in favor of Steven Alderson. Essentially, the two issues raised are:

(1) whether the trial court erred in excluding evidence of the results of a blood-alcohol test; and (2) whether the trial court erred in granting Alderson's motion for judgment on the evidence.
