MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a black female, instituted this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 19641 as augmented by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 19722 alleging that she was the victim of racial discrimination in the course of her employment at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC" or "Commission").
