MEMORANDUM OF DECISION DENYING ENFORCEMENT OF ARBITRAL AWARD AND DISSOLVING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

CLEMON, District Judge.

On August 26, 1981 this Court issued a "Boys Markets" preliminary injunction,1 enjoining a strike by defendants and requiring the parties to submit to binding arbitration the issue of whether the job of laboratory technician-preparation man ("preparation man") is included in the bargaining unit.
