This action was instituted by plaintiff-appellee, Terry Lowry, for the return of $2,000.00 he deposited with defendant-appellant, Decks and Tapes, Inc., in connection with the purchase of a new bedroom suite. In answer to plaintiff's petition defendant prays that plaintiff's suit be dismissed with prejudice at plaintiff's costs.
