These six appeals arose from two suits in which the issues were substantially the same and the defendants identical.

Zagoria and Stoner were co-shareholders in a professional corporation, Zagoria & Stoner, P. C., organized for the practice of law under the Georgia Professional Corporation Act, Code Ann. § 84-5401 et seq.
