Appellant appeals from an order of the probate division of the circuit court denying her petition to determine heirship. She sought to be declared the illegitimate child and sole heir of decedent Nathaniel G. Freeman, her mother's paramour. Mr. Freeman died intestate with surviving siblings. The court denied appellant's petition on the ground that she failed to rebut the presumption that she was the legitimate child of her mother's husband...
