The plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. John Womack, appeal a trial court judgment denying their claim for damages against the defendant hospital. This claim arose when Mrs. Womack slipped and fell on a sidewalk owned and maintained by the defendant, Willis-Knighton Memorial Hospital.
