This appeal results from the Eighteenth Judicial District Court's interpretation and enforcement of a 1971 divorce decree.

Pursuant to a 1971 dissolution decree, respondent Sandra Torma was given custody of their minor children, Christopher and Cynthia, then ages 10 and 7, respectively, and appellant Laszlo Torma was "ordered to pay for the support of the two minor children in the sum of $125.00 per month..."
