OPINION AND ORDER

This action grew out of a collision between a train and an automobile. David L. Wells, driver of the automobile, was killed and his estate recovered a judgment against the Southern Railway Company for ". . . the sum of $202,448.25 together with interest thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from June 14, 1979, until paid, and the cost of this action." Southern Railway appealed to the Court of Appeals where the judgment of the trial court was reversed...
