AMDAHL, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the denial of a petition for postconviction relief in the form of resentencing under the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 590.01, subd. 3 (Supp.1981). We affirm.

Petitioner, who is now 24, was convicted in St. Louis County District Court in 1978 of aggravated robbery, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.245 and 609.11 (1978), and was sentenced to a term of 1 year and 1 day to 10 years in prison...
