This matter is before me on the objections of the defendant to the Findings and Recommendation of a magistrate allowing the plaintiffs' motion to levy on defendant's cash register receipts, liquor, and liquor license. I am required to "make a de novo determination of those portions of the report ... to which objection is made," and allowed to "accept, reject, or modify in whole or in part the findings and recommendations...
