Plaintiffs David S. Kinsey and Stephen D. King filed separate suits against defendant Warren J. Kolber alleging that defendant negligently operated a station wagon in which they were passengers causing Kinsey to become paraplegic and King to sustain brain damage. The suits were consolidated for trial, and after a jury trial, judgment was entered for Kinsey in the amount of $1...
