This appeal arises out of an ambiguously drawn plea agreement, reached between the appellant and the United States, and appellant's subsequent guilty plea.

The plea agreement stated in relevant part that:

a. [Defendant] will plead GUILTY to the charges set forth in the indictment [charging defendant with committing a bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a)]. b. ... [I]n exchange for [defendant's] plea of...
