This is an appeal from a probation revocation. The defendant was originally indicted for burglary and theft by taking. He pled guilty to the burglary count and was placed on probation without an adjudication of guilt pursuant to the First Offender Probation Act (Ga. L. 1968, p. 324; Code Ann. § 27-2727 et seq.).
