This action arises out of an automobile accident in which Ellen Jo Jordan was injured while a guest passenger in a vehicle driven by Debra Fontenot.1 Defendants are Minnette Smith, the mother of Miss Fontenot, and Employers Commercial Union Insurance Company, Mrs. Smith's liability insurer.
