This is a medical malpractice case brought by Virginia T. Hanzlik against Frederick F. Paustian, a physician. Both parties filed motions for summary judgment. A hearing was had and evidence was adduced, consisting of answers to interrogatories, two depositions of the plaintiff, and one of the defendant.
