Larry Dale Robertson appeals from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County dismissing his petition for writ of certiorari from a decision of the state superintendent of schools which had affirmed the Wayne County School Board's decision not to renew Robertson's contract of employment as a custodian at Fort Gay School.
