The National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB" or "the Board") petitions for enforcement of its order directing L. B. Priester & Son, Inc. ("Priester" or "the company") to abide by a collective bargaining agreement and to reimburse several employees for underpayments in wages. Opposing enforcement of the order, Priester argues that it permissibly withdrew from the multiemployer bargaining unit that negotiated the collective bargaining agreement...
