Stat. 1979, ch. 110A, par. 308) from an order of the circuit court of McLean County which provided that income produced during the period of probate from property of the estate of Adrienne Enright could be used to satisfy claims and debts of the estate, including estate taxes, Illinois inheritance tax, executor...
