MEMORANDUM OPINION

DALTON, District Judge.

This is an action for discrimination in employment brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1). Jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1343.
