Fines Will Bray was convicted of murder and sentenced to forty years by a jury. We affirm since we hold that: (1) the evidence did not raise self-defense and the requested charge thereon was properly refused; (2) voluntary intoxication, absent temporary insanity, does not mitigate the penalty for an offense and the requested charge thereon was properly refused; (3) the prosecutor's argument, that acquittal would risk another killing, was a proper...
