Defendant-condemnee appeals from the trial court's ruling granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment in an action to recover interest paid on a condemnation award. On appeal, he contends (1) that, as a matter of due process, he was entitled to interest on the condemnation award which was reduced on appeal; (2) that he was entitled to the interest actually earned on the condemnation award which was deposited in a bank account pending disposition...
