Darrell House, d/b/a Century 21 House Realty (defendant), appeals from a jury verdict rendered in the Circuit Court of St. Francois County, Missouri. Kenneth R. and Ruth Ann Marler (plaintiffs), pleaded their action in two counts: negligent misrepresentation and intentional misrepresentation.
