Defendants are the New Mexico Board of Bar Commissioners, members of the Board and officers of the New Mexico Bar (the Bar). Plaintiffs are members of the Bar who claim that the Bar is depriving them of freedom of speech and association by the use of mandatory Bar dues to lobby for or against legislation in the New Mexico Legislature...
