This is an action for property damages which was dismissed on peremptory exceptions based on the admiralty doctrine of laches. The plaintiff sued the defendants for damage to a pile cluster at a dock and bulk plant facility it operated on Calcasieu River in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, which occurred on September 24, 1977.
