This suit arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on May 7, 1976, when Mrs. Mary Matthews' vehicle was struck by an automobile driven by Joy Hansen, a minor, causing Mrs. Matthews injuries. On April 21, 1977, the Matthews filed suit against Joy Hansen, Mr. Ed C.
