Deborah Faye Litteer appeals from a circuit court judgment in this interpleader action directing that the proceeds of a life insurance policy paid into court by the

plaintiff be distributed to a non-party, the estate of Rickey Joe Litteer, deceased. We reverse and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings.
