The appellant, Michael R. Buchanan, was convicted of one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of manslaughter. He was thereafter sentenced to a term of 1 year's imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex for the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, and not less than 2 nor more than 10 years' imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex...
