Mobil Oil Corporation appeals from a final judgment entered after a non-jury trial. The trial court ruled that V.S.H. Realty, Inc. was excused from its contract with Mobil to purchase certain real estate, and that it was entitled to the return of its six thousand dollar ($6,000) deposit. Mobil argues the trial court erred in releasing V.S.H. from the contract because of "economic infeasibility," and in allowing as part of the taxable costs assessed against...
