This is a trespass to try title suit. Cleta M. Dodds, Plaintiff-Appellee, sued Willie James Hunter and wife Belzora Hunter, Defendant-Appellants, for title to a fifty-acre tract of land located in the M. R. Alston Survey in Limestone County, Texas, and for $5,000 in damages and $2,000 in rents concerning said fifty-acre tract. Defendant-Appellants answered by general denial and also pleaded adverse possession and for good faith improvements...
