IRONS v. STATE

No. CR 80-260.

615 S.W.2d 374 (1981)

James IRONS, Appellant, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

May 18, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Gill & Johnson, by B. Kenneth Johnson, Dumas, for appellant.

Steve Clark, Atty. Gen., by Theodore Holder, Asst. Atty. Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.
