Herbert Groves, as executor of his wife's estate and the plaintiff below, appeals an adverse jury verdict on a wrongful death claim arising out of an automobile accident. While a number of errors are assigned, only a few are argued on appeal. The most persuasive error relates to the testimony of the officer who investigated the accident concerning his statement that he arrested one of the parties on a charge of negligent homicide.
