Mary Lou Vidrine Fontenot1 (Plaintiff) brought this action on a claim against the Succession of Andre Vidrine based on a promissory note executed by Andre Vidrine in her favor. Plaintiff's petition was served upon Theolise Smith Vidrine, who was confirmed as the testamentary executrix of the succession.
