This case was the companion, on certiorari, of Hooton-Doe v. City of Albuquerque, Nos. 13,227 and 13,228, consolidated, also decided today. Earlier Court of Appeals decisions in all of these cases were reversed by the Supreme Court on the issue of liability of law enforcement officers under the Tort Claims Act for negligence in the performance of their duties.
