This is a suit for partition of community property. The defendant answered denying the listed movables and immovables were community property and asking for various set-offs and counter-claims against the community. After a hearing, a post-trial conference was held in the judge's chambers and plaintiff and defendant agreed to the inclusion of certain items in the community and a division thereof, and to the payment of certain amounts to each party...
