This is a case of first impression involving the interpretation of the Catastrophe Property Insurance Pool Act. Tex.Ins.Code Ann. art. 21.49 (Vernon Supp.1980-1981). Appellant, Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Association (often referred to as the Cat Pool), appeals from a judgment overruling its plea of privilege to be sued in Travis County, Texas.
