Cross appeals from the order dated September 19, 1979 dismissed, without costs or disbursements. That order was superseded by the order dated November 26, 1979. The cross appeal by Lufthansa from the former order brings up for review the latter order (see CPLR 5517). Order dated November 26, 1979 modified, on the law, by reducing the Sheriff's poundage to $882.24, by reducing each party's share of this amount to $441.12, and by increasing the amount to be paid to the plaintiff...
