On December 24, 1979, Harold Hall was riding as a passenger in a motor vehicle which came into collision with a stopped, disabled vehicle on the Father Baker Bridge in the City of Buffalo, New York. He died as a result of the injuries he sustained in that collision, and this claim arises from that incident.
