COOPER, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing an action for lack of jurisdiction. At issue are the questions of whether the trial court erred in: (1) determining that it lacked jurisdiction over the subject matter; and (2) determining that there was an absence of jurisdiction over the person under KRS 454.210.
