MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARTIN V.B. BOSTETTER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on for hearing upon the Motion of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company ("Commonwealth") for Entry of an Order Directing Disbursement of Escrow Account. 1616 Reminc Limited Partnership ("Reminc"), the defendant herein, opposes disbursement of the escrow account to Commonwealth. Reminc is a debtor-in-possession in an Arrangement under Chapter XII of the Bankruptcy Act.
