During the course of a criminal prosecution in the circuit court, the appellant, Joseph Garlovsky, who was defense counsel, was adjudicated guilty of direct criminal contempt pursuant to Rule 3.830, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure,1 by the trial judge, the Honorable E.L.
