This appeal results from the trial court's dismissal of a complaint filed by Nationwide Financial Corporation ("Nationwide") seeking to enforce a lien against an undivided one-half interest in real property formerly held by Jack Thompson. The trial court found that the real property involved was protected from attachment of a lien by the homestead exemption provision of Article X, Section 4, Florida Constitution.
