MURRAY, Justice.

This appeal results from a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in a case arising out of an automobile collision which occurred on June 13, 1973. There was uncontroverted testimony at trial that the plaintiff Rae A. Barnes was driving her automobile in a northerly direction on Interstate 95 on the morning of the accident.
