OPINION
WEISBERGER, Justice.
The defendant, John A. Faraone, was convicted in the Superior Court for the delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) to an undercover police officer. The defendant has appealed from said judgment and, in support of his appeal, raises a single issue relating to the denial of his motion for discovery.
