This litigation arises from a dispute between the Plaintiff and the union as to whether there exists a valid collective bargaining agreement to which they are parties. The trustees of the various fringe benefit funds are named in this action because they concluded that there was not a valid agreement and thus threatened to reject contributions from Plaintiff's members...
