SCOTT, Judge:
Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioners' income tax for the calendar year 1974 in the amount of $317,873.62. The only issue for decision is whether petitioners are entitled to report the gain on the disposition of stock of Aldason Corporation on the installment method.
