This is an appeal from a jury verdict in a civil action for personal injury suffered in a motorcycle-automobile collision. Plaintiff-appellant Quincy sustained the injury while riding a motorcycle and attempting to pass an automobile owned by defendant-respondent school district and driven by defendant-respondent Petrie.
