This is a petition for support filed by the State of Rhode Island Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services (the department) on behalf of Carl Manco,1 pursuant to the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act,2 against the respondent Helayne Manco, his wife. (Hereinafter the Mancos will be referred to by their first names.)
